Description
When users SSH into the workspace they should be greated with a prompt telling them how to connect to their existing tasks and terminals (e.g. using gp). We should also enrich gp to allow control of tasks, ports and so on.

Research direction
The issue names the local-app SSH session and the gp command, but no files or tests. Start by locating the SSH entry point and gp implementation, then determine how existing tasks, terminals, and ports are exposed. Done means SSH users receive connection guidance and gp supports the requested controls.
