Description
We get quite a lot of emails of users that want to unsubscribe, in particular as responses to invoices. Our UX should be self-explanatory in this regard.
Proposals
- On the plans page, make it clearer that you can switch back to the free plan an as such unsubscribe from any paid plan.
- In the invoice mails, add a link to the plan page on the dashboard

Research direction
Locate the dashboard plans page and the invoice email templates or entry points. Review how users currently switch plans and how invoice links are generated, then implement the two proposed unsubscribe hints and verify that both paths lead users to the plan page.
