Currently, a user of Gitpod Self-Hosted sees the notification settings under the settings tab. However, we do not support sending notifications to or via Self-Hosted instances as of today (internal conversation)

Remove this page for Gitpod Self-Hosted users only - until we decide to have email notifications again.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Do nothing - which would confuse users, see https://github.com/gitpod-io/gitpod/issues/8531
