Spotify Player

The application will have to play songs from Spotify.

Implement Spotify player as React hook composition.

Technical Specifications:
- The hook must provide a callback to play songs given the tracks ids
- The hook must provide callbacks to control the player

Required:
- story demonstrating the player (implement some buttons to play, pause, stop and change track)
