Class notes

Note - I'll come back later and create actual issues out of this. This is notes while I'm helping @MBLACK88 teach a class today 🎆

- [ ] Checking local git config seems oddly placed. Why don't we verify this in the getting started part?
- [ ] on 09_merging_pull_requests, there's the icon for merge, but why not use the button for new branch too?
- [ ] Going over the commit structure might be more helpful in the beginning... 😕
- [ ] Inside of reverting commits, might be helpful to do cherry pick right after. We started doing the revert from game_instructions and fixed inde.html to index.html. Then it was a nice moment to demo cherry pick from here to gh-pages. This was kind of by accident, but the opportunity seemed to flow better.
