Description

### Value Prop

Larger macOS runners are now available in the Runner group management experience, offering more comprehensive controls for managing all types of runners. This enhancement ensures that creating and managing runners, whether they are macOS, Ubuntu, or Windows, is a seamless process. Developers can now choose from various machine sizes and images for their macOS workflow runs.

### Expected Outcome

Enterprises and organizations can now create larger macOS runners and add them to a new or existing runner group. To do this, select 'New runner' from the runner creation screen and choose macOS as the platform. From there, you can select the image, machine size, and set concurrency limits.
