Update Mona Sans + Add Mona Sans Mono

I'm Emma, working for the Google Fonts team. I see you've made some updates on Mona Sans, and you're working on a Mono and Display versions, thank you very much for this! Aaron let me know that an upgrade is planned, that's why I'm writing you to have more infos :)
I see there is a Display version as well, do you plan to release soon?

Can you let me know how do you want to proceed? I can use my fork to build the fonts and make the fixes related to the GF specs, but if you want to do it, no problem, I can give you feedback here.
I quickly built Mona Sans and Mona Sans Mono, and ran some QAs on it, here you can find them:

Also, do this upgrade solve the current opened issues in the repo? Do you think you can check and close the outdated ones? Thank you very much!
