binlog syncer closes unexpectedly

I have an issue when running ghost command bynlog sincer just stops unexpectedly and ghost fails.

I can replicate issue on v1.1.5 and v1.1.6

Output on v1.1.5:

Can you help me how do I troubleshoot this issue?
