aurora_enable_repl_bin_log_filtering cant be set in aurora mysql version 3+

Hello
I followed the [documentation](https://github.com/github/gh-ost/blob/master/doc/rds.md) on how to properly use gh-ost with aurora MySQL.

I have a setup with Aurora mysql (8.0.mysql_aurora.3.03.1) which does not allow us to change (aurora_enable_repl_bin_log_filtering) [Link](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonRDS/latest/AuroraUserGuide/AuroraMySQL.Reference.ParameterGroups.html)

Is there a workaround to resolve this issue?
