bbs2gh inventory fails when Bitbucket password contains special characters

The gh bbs2gh command fails when the Bitbucket Server/Data Center user password contains special characters.
The same credentials work successfully when the password contains only alphanumeric characters.
This blocks migrations for customers who are required to use complex passwords due to security policies.
