Describe the bug
When normally operating with copilot cli, it randomly hits "error: unknown option '--no-warnings'" while operating and working through tasks.

1.0.83
Steps to reproduce the behavior
- Type "copilot" and start the exe
- Start working normally, asking questions, requesting tasks to be done, etc
- Wait for issue to appear
