Description
Describe the bug
I observed this problem in particular with Kimi K3. The reported AIC amount for the session is totally wrong and underestimating the real consumption. In the screenshot, I was running a session with Kimi K3 for a pretty long time with a plan, some implement, review, etc. and the displayed AIC is only 9.9 which is ridiculous. In practice, when looking at the actual consumption in the Github portal, my quota was decreased by about 700 AIC which is more in line with my expectations for such task.
Affected version
GitHub Copilot CLI 1.0.80

Research direction
No source file, test, or reproducible steps are named. Start by locating the CLI's session AIC display and usage-calculation path, then compare its result with the GitHub portal consumption for a Kimi K3 session; done means the displayed amount reliably reflects actual consumption.
