Research direction

The report names GitHub Copilot CLI 1.0.79 but provides no files, tests, reproduction steps, or expected behavior. Start by reproducing the naming behavior while working on Linux networking, then identify the relevant naming or generation entry point; done should mean the reported unwanted term is no longer produced without disrupting valid generated names.
