When changing permissions from auto mode back to interactive, the agent keeps making code changes without permission requests as it does normally in "interactive mode". I have observed this behavior for multiple models.

Start by reproducing the permission transition described for version 1.0.78: make a change in auto mode, switch back to interactive mode, and make another change. Trace how the CLI stores and applies the permission mode; done means interactive mode requests permission for subsequent code changes across the affected models.
