Allow /new to accept a name for the new session

### Describe the feature or problem you'd like to solve

Currently one can start a new session with `/new` but this is then an unamed

### Proposed solution

One probably will do `/session rename ` soon after starting the session.

Instead it would be good if `/new ` would be supported.
