### Describe the bug

I have had a powe-loss during an active copilot session now it can't be resumed:

> Failed to resume session: Error: Session file is corrupted (line 7103: SyntaxError: Unexpected token '', ""... is not valid JSON)

Only think one can do is to ESC but there is no recovery possible!

### Expected behavior

Copilot uses some kind of protect the file from corruption in such cases, e.g. first writing a new file before deleting the existing one and a way to recover from such failures by fallback to a backup copy.
