Description

### Describe the feature or problem you'd like to solve

When running the command "!git init", Copilot should understand it is now in a git repository, like it automatically already does for existing git repos.

### Proposed solution

I feel like this makes starting a new project easier, the first thing you do is open copilot and then you run the shell command "git init" and it gets recognized.
