Java: Malformed semmle-extractor-options does not log any information

### Description of the issue
When running a CodeQL query test with an `options` file containing `semmle-extractor-options` with invalid arguments, the extraction fails but the log files contain no information.
Only when using `--show-extractor-output` (which the VSCode extension is not, and should probably not by default) the error is displayed.

Expected: The log files in `.testproj` should contain information about the error.

### Reproduction steps
1. Create a query test file and a Java source file (content does not matter)
2. Create an `options` file containing:
```
//semmle-extractor-options: someinvalidarg
```
3. Run `codeql test run`
4. Have a look at the `log/javac-extractor-....log` file
:x: It does not contain any information about the error
