What does >“nobody” starts including you< mean in no-permissions.md

While reading the great explanations is stumbled across this sentence "Once the work has other contributors (each a copyright holder), “nobody” starts including you." within the first paragraph of [no-permissions](https://github.com/github/choosealicense.com/blob/0ccd6c5d0ce1c0f68e088ec0c936322e43b2fbfb/no-permission.md?plain=1#L11).

Is this supposed to describe a deadlock-like situation and the sentence is equivalent to >..., no further contributions can be made not even from yourself<. or does it mean something else?
