Description

The European Union, Korea, Russia or Mexico have a [specific intellectual property right protecting databases](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Database_right), separate from classical copyright.

It doesn't look like this right is considered in BEIPA, probably due to its US-centricity. It probably should be corrected.

To give a concrete example, an example of licensing leveraging this right is the [Open Database License](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Open_Database_License), which is a copyleft license. This licensing is what is used for OpenStreetMap, which is [attracting more and more attention from big corporate players](https://joemorrison.medium.com/openstreetmap-is-having-a-moment-dcc7eef1bb01).
