[Bugs] Worktree creation is timing out for the dotnet/dotnet repo

Worktree creation is timing out for the https://github.com/dotnet/dotnet repo which is a very large repo. It times out after 5 minutes.

Possible options:
- Increase the timeout further
- Allow the timeout to be configurable
- (Least preferred) Allow me to create the worktree manually and wire that up in the app.
