Description
System reports I have used 88% of my monthly alotment and has cut me off saying Monthyl AI credits exhausted. I went through those credits in 5 days and was mostly using GTP 5.3. THis is a fraction of the work I can do on a $20 subscription at OpenAI using their current models. It seems that your Copilot app or your chossen implementation is extrememly wasteful and costs much more than the others. I don't think your $40 plan would evne match the $20 OpenAI or Anthropic offerings. I switched over to OpenRouter for a bit and we'll see how that plays. I don't think I'll be returning to GitHub, you opperate too much like Microsoft now.

Research direction
The report is tied to the /chat path in app version 1.1.21 on Windows 10; start by reviewing how monthly AI credit usage and the “credits exhausted” cutoff are represented for that entry point. Done should be a reproducible explanation of the 88% notice versus the cutoff, or clearly documented expected behavior and next steps.
