Description
It would be really nice if the Add Context "+" icon gave us the option to draw a rectangle around a section of the screen and paste the image (or the underlying html!) into the context window as we are starting a new session. It would also be nice to open a Browser panel and navigate to the right place for context as we are creating the session. With your recent changes to how new sessions are created, we cannot do that until we get a conversation going and have the option to add the panel.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the Add Context "+" flow and the recent new-session creation behavior. The requested outcome is to support selecting a screen rectangle and adding its image or underlying HTML before a conversation starts, and to allow opening and navigating a Browser panel during session creation.
