Description
Ability to run 'chronicle standup' in a chat for all sessions in the past 24 hours.
Right now I can run '/chronicle standup' in a specific session tied to a folder to get notes for the past 24 hours, however, it would be nice to be able to run the same command in a new chat not as part of a project to get standup notes for all sessions for the past 24 hours.

Research direction
Start by comparing how /chronicle standup works in a session tied to a folder with how commands are handled from the /chat path. Trace how sessions are selected for the existing past-24-hours notes, then define completion as producing standup notes across all sessions when the command runs outside a project.
