Description
I'm getting told "Sign in required" when adding our own GitHub marketplace after I authenticate with GitHub. GitHub says I'm all set after pasting in the code from the app, but it doesn't seem to actually log me in, as far as the app thinks.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the GitHub authentication flow on Windows 10. Check the marketplace setup using app version 1.1.20 and verify that completing GitHub's code prompt creates an authenticated app session instead of showing "Sign in required."
