Description

Git Submodules in the project are not shown in the "Changes" section. It makes difficult to follow-up and review work in projects that use submodules. Similar problem with PRs related to Submodules, they are not currently tracked under the PR standard mechanisms.

Reproduce the issue from /chat with a project that uses Git submodules, then inspect how the Changes section and standard PR mechanisms represent repository updates. Done means submodule changes appear in Changes and related pull requests are tracked through the expected mechanisms.
