Description

Rather annoying to see this on every session. I get that you want to differentiate / warn the user, but doing this on every session is a bit much. I'd rather do this once a day, or reshow when you switch to a user account that has it enabled (but only once per user)

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. First reproduce the popup across multiple sessions and identify the desktop code that decides when the remote-session notice appears; done means it no longer appears on every session and follows an agreed once-per-day or once-per-user rule.
