WorkIQ Sign in does not open a browser and times out after 30 seconds. Reproduces with one click after restarting and disabling/re-enabling WorkIQ. Opening Microsoft sign-in through Windows works. WorkIQ returns HTTP 401 requesting browser-based OAuth.
