Description
Minor QOL Enhancement: When no text box is selected when using keybind to dictate, activate the current Composer, so that I don't have to click in it first.
Current behavior: When no text box is selected, it pops up an error. User must then click the Composer and try again.
Error Message: Use a text box
Voice dictation types into whichever text box you've selected. Open a workspace or click in a text field, then try again.

Research direction
Start at the /chat route and trace the keybind dictation flow around the Composer and the existing “Use a text box” error. Reproduce the issue with no text box selected, then verify that the keybind activates the current Composer and dictation works without showing the error.
