Feedback on the new Plan Mode UX:
The new Plan Mode UX makes reviewing and giving feedback very frustrating:

Broken quote/comment workflow: When reviewing the plan in the right-side panel, I select the text I want to give feedback on, right-click, and choose "Quote". The text gets copied into the chat input box—but the chat box is completely covered and blocked by the multiple-choice buttons! I can't see the quoted text or type my comment.

Accidental auto-approval: Because the input area is covered, clicking any option immediately auto-approves the plan, even though I was trying to provide feedback.

Missing inline comments: Removing the previous inline commenting feature broke the entire review process.
Please bring back inline comments on the plan and ensure the chat input is never blocked by choice prompts.
