Description
Need to be able to change the "base" branch of a worktree / session!
The original side branch I forked from has been deleted, and now the "changes" UI in the app is completely broken, not showing anything. And there is no way to change the "parent" branch for a session despite this being transient metadata. Allow us to change that branch, and probably handle better the situation where "parent" branch gets deleted, at least SHOW that that's the case instead of an empty screen.

Research direction
Start at the changes UI and the session/worktree metadata described in the report, then reproduce the empty screen after deleting the parent branch. Done means a session can select a different base branch and clearly indicates when its parent branch no longer exists.
