What happened to new sessions?

What happened to new sessions? As of today's update, clicking the "+" to create a new session does nothing. This is a major problem for my workflow.

Update: I guess this was due to v1.1.17's change "Sessions created from projects and standalone work now use one shared session creation and navigation experience for everyone."

I have figured out how to create a new session with the update, but I can no longer add a browser panel until after I describe the task and the new session is created. My old workflow was to click "+" to create the new session, then add the browser tab and navigate to the relevant page for context, share the browser, use Pick and Polish if necessary, then describe the task and get work started.

The new way of creating a session does not allow that flow.

Reproduce the flow in app version 1.1.17 on Windows 10: click "+" to create a session, then try adding a browser panel before describing the task. Compare it with the previous workflow described in the issue; done means a new session can be created and given browser context before task description and work begins.
