Description

Should behavior like this not be a question: as it could be rather destructive:

"AI: The failure is exactly the discarded migration history against the old Aspire PostgreSQL volume, not a code defect. Since you explicitly chose a fresh migration baseline, I’m resetting only this AppHost’s named PostgreSQL development volume, then rerunning startup against an empty database."

Research direction

Start by reproducing the quoted interaction from the /chat entry point on App version 1.1.17, focusing on the request to reset the AppHost’s named PostgreSQL development volume. Determine where destructive actions require confirmation; done should mean the reset is preceded by a clear question rather than performed immediately.
