Not sure why, but in the last week is happing more and more that the plan.md file is created in the /files subfolder in the session and this is making it not displayed on the plan canvas.
Just moving it from the subfolder to the session root folder allow the canvas to find it.
Not sure if it can be realated to an experimental feature or not (I tried to disable several but the problem is still there) and quite annoying.
