Description
I opened a new session in a project and wanted to reference project files, but they're grayed out in the file list window — apparently I have to start the session first before I can view any files. What kind of bullshit design is that?

Research direction
Start in the /chat flow and reproduce the issue in app version 1.1.15 on Windows 10, focusing on the file list window for a newly opened project session. Done means project files are available for reference before the session is started, or the interface clearly explains the required step.
