I compacted a session manually using the slash command and since then that entire session is gone. Every time I post a message, it starts to compact the conversation, so the messages are not necessarily going through and the session keeps getting compacted. Finally it says, "Compaction failed multiple times," and then it says, "This session has failed," or "There's something wrong with the session." In other words, you're not able to compact the session and you end up losing it.

Start by reproducing the failure in the /chat path on app version 1.1.15 using the manual session-compaction slash command on Windows 10. Check whether subsequent messages repeatedly trigger compaction and whether the session becomes unusable; done means compaction completes reliably or the failure is handled without losing the session.
