Description
why I use custom model provider will cost my github copilot AI credit. I lost my all AI credit in 09.04.2026. It shows I used Claude Sonnet 5 but I select local Qwen 3.8 Model running on my LLM Workstation.

Research direction
Start from the /chat flow and reproduce the report with a custom local Qwen 3.8 provider on Windows 10 using app version 1.1.14. Compare the selected provider with the recorded Claude Sonnet 5 usage; done when local-model requests are attributed correctly and do not consume GitHub Copilot AI credits.
