Description
I have a nested session that is being supervised by a Claude Sonnet 5 model. The nested session was created with Claude Sonnet 5 (it forgot to set to Flash even though asked). Model was changed to MAI-FLASH-1.1. shown in the history "Model changed to MAI-Code-1.1-Flash Medium", but the prompt box at the bottom of the session window still shows Claude Sonnet 5 Medium
Expected behaviour: Prompt box says MAI-Code-1.1 Flash

Research direction
Reproduce the nested session flow described in the issue, then compare the model shown in the history with the model label in the prompt box. The fix is complete when changing the nested session model updates the prompt box to show MAI-Code-1.1 Flash, including after the session is supervised.
