Description

I would like to see how many tokens the current primary sessions has used (without including context of the subagents and such).
I would personally locate it in the same spot (in a new line) as the current AIC area.

Reason:
There's a massive drop in performance for most LLMs around the 120k-140k token mark and I'd want to be able to know when I should clear / handoff a session to start over.

Research direction

Start from the /chat view and locate the existing AIC display. Trace how usage for the current primary session is tracked, ensuring subagent and other context tokens are excluded. Done means a new line in the AIC area shows the primary session token count so users can judge when to clear or hand off the session.
