Description
Custom MCP server icons aren't rendered
If a local MCP server advertises its own icon via serverInfo.icons (valid 32x32 PNG data URI, per the 2025-06 spec), the app ignores it and shows the generic paperclip — on the tool-call chips and in the Installed servers list. Restarting doesn't help.

Research direction
Start on the /chat path with a local MCP server that advertises a valid 32x32 PNG data URI through serverInfo.icons. Trace how the advertised icon is handled for tool-call chips and the Installed servers list; done means both locations show the custom icon instead of the generic paperclip.
