Description
First off - thank you for the app. It's working well.
I do not want links to open the browser within the Github CoPilot App; I want it to open using my default browser. This should be the default setting, at least should be possible to change globally in settings. Right now I have to copy the URL in the address bar, open the browser and paste and then close the tab. 3 additional clicks for no value add for me. Thank you

Research direction
Start by reproducing the link-opening behavior from the /chat path on Windows 10. Identify how the app handles links and where global settings are defined; done means links open in the user's default browser, with a setting if needed to control that behavior.
