Description
The dialog for adding projects is very confusing. It offers the options of "Start Session" and "Add project from local folder" It even allows you to have both open at the same time. A reasonable expectation would be that files in the local folder could be used in a session when using the latter. However, it turns out that the worktree created does not include those (uncommitted) local files.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the behavior in the /chat path on macOS 26.6.2 using app version 1.1.11, testing both “Start Session” and “Add project from local folder” together. Determine whether the dialog should clarify the options or whether local uncommitted files should be included; done means the chosen behavior is understandable and matches user expectations.
