Description
I have two GitHub User accounts added to GitHub Copilot App. Both have a GitHub Copilot license provided by different Enterprises.
I have observed that the Copilot App allows to set the "default" user account.
Questions:
- Is the "default" account the one used to consume Copilot credits?
- Is it possible to specify which account applies to which project, so credits for different projects are sent to the right account/enterprise/billing?

Research direction
No source file or test is named; start by reproducing the two-account setup in GitHub Copilot App 1.1.0 on macOS at the /chat path and inspect the default-account behavior. Done means documenting whether the default account consumes Copilot credits and whether projects can select separate accounts, enterprises, or billing destinations.
