Description
Any time a child session is invoked, at least in another repo, it creates the session but nothing happens in the new session. I tell it to nudge the new session and that sorted it every time.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the child-session behavior from the /chat path using app version 1.0.25 on Windows 10.0.26200, noting whether the new session is created but remains inactive until nudged. Done means an invoked child session begins its expected work without a manual nudge.
