Description
Allow Renaming of Custom 'Open in...' Apps
The 'Open in...' dropdown lets me choose to add apps to the list. The ones that were auto-configured have friendly display names, but the ones I add myself only use the application's executable name. For example, "sublime_merge". I'd like to edit that configuration to apply a display name of "Sublime Merge".

Research direction
Start by locating the “Open in...” dropdown and the configuration used for manually added applications. Trace how auto-configured display names differ from executable names, then make the custom app name editable and verify that a name such as “Sublime Merge” is shown instead of “sublime_merge”.
