Description
I prompted to fix a specific release branch with a fix. When I go to the terminal and do a `git diff`, I only see a few files changed, but the Copilot App's "changes" shows 4000 changes, which is basically all the changes between the repo's default branch and the release branch.

Research direction
Start in the Copilot App's /chat experience and reproduce the issue on Windows 10 with version 1.0.24 by prompting a fix on a specific release branch. Compare the terminal's git diff with the Changes view, and consider the issue resolved when the app shows only the changes from the prompted fix rather than the full branch difference.
