Description
It would be cool if I could plugin syntax highlighting to my open files - like a roslyn server.
As it is, I have to open files in a separate neovim terminal to get good highlighting on them.

Research direction
The issue names no repository files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating how the desktop app opens and renders files, then investigate whether it has an extension or language-server integration point comparable to the Roslyn server mentioned. Done means open files provide syntax highlighting without requiring a separate Neovim terminal.
