Description
It would be great if there was a change log built into the Github Copilot App. You guys are working on things so quickly that every time I update I have to go dig through the settings to see what changed or what should be enabled. Either a change log or after updating when you launch the app a "What's new" dialogue.

Research direction
The request concerns the GitHub Copilot App and proposes either an in-app change log or a “What’s new” dialog after updates. No files, tests, or entry points are identified, so first locate the app’s update or launch flow and existing settings or release-note UI. Done means users can see what changed after an update without searching through settings.
