Description

I was recently looking through the deep linking docs and couldn't find a way to create a new session for a local repo since all those commands require the parameter `repo` in an `OWNER/REPO` format.

Research direction

Start by locating the deep linking documentation and the commands that require a repo in OWNER/REPO format. Check how sessions are created for the local repository at /mywork, then document the supported way to create a session locally or clarify the limitation. Done means the docs address this local-repository case clearly.
