[Bugs] When making changes to .

When making changes to .md files (any maybe others, I've only seen it occurring with md files), when I have a session modify the file content and have the file open, the modifications don't show in the file. I can see the changes have occurred via the Changes tab, but when I open the file to view the rendered md, it's a cached version.

Nothing I've tried to refresh the cached version seems to work. Closing and reopening the file, opening from the change view of the file, committing from the worktree.

Reproduce the issue on Windows 10 with app version 1.0.16 by modifying an open .md file in a session, then compare the rendered file with the Changes tab. Trace how the open-file view refreshes after session changes; done means reopening or refreshing the file shows the current rendered Markdown instead of a cached version.
